Here For The Blink Of An Eye

It's January in Ohio, and the grass that is usually covered in feet of snow by this time is still just grass. It's been an unusually warm winter so far, and I've really been enjoying it! The only thing that I dislike about it is the lack of snow to introduce Ariana to and for Phoenix to play in.

The other day, we got a mist of snow that provided Phoenix with quite a bit of fun. 

And little miss Ariana loved her introduction to our ever-so-brief snowfall.

And, I'm lucky to have captured it with photos, because it had melted by the next day. 

It was if it stopped by just to remind me how fleeting these special moments are.

They are here for just the blink of an eye, so more than anything,
it's important to make the most of them :)

To know that the dishes can wait... that it doesn't matter if the house is a mess... and to just spend some special time together with those who are most important to you.
