Easy Lentil Sloppy Joes!

Looking for a fun, healthy alternative to sloppy joes? My lentil sloppy joes are the perfect solution! Not only are they inexpensive and easy to make, but they're also vegetarian, vegan, and delicious too!

Ingredients
1 cup dry lentils
1 can Manwich
Hamburger buns (optional)

Directions
  1. Put lentils in boiling water, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain & rinse lentils.
  3. Add can of Manwich & cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve in bowl or on hamburger buns. 

That's it! When it comes to a meal, it doesn't get any easier than this! It's one of my favorite meals to serve because of how simplt it is to make, and how delicious it is to make.
