Low Calorie Eggs & Salsa Recipe

As you know, I've been watching my calories lately. I've found that having a handful of easy-to-prepare, low-calorie meals has been hugely beneficial in my weight loss. So, here is one my favorite meals under 200 calories. :)

Low-Calorie Eggs And Salsa

A quick, delicious, low calorie meal packed with protein.

Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 serving

Nutrition facts:
173 calories
9.9 grams fat
12.6 grams protien

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions:
  1. 1. Pour eggs into bowl & mix with fork for 30 seconds. 
  2. 2. Pour eggs in non-stick pan & cook until done.
  3. 3. Top with salsa & enjoy.
